Brno Island Picnic

Did you know Brno also has an island? Come and discover it with us during a leisurely late afternoon concluded by a picnic by the river. Welcome to our traditional July event inviting you to chill after a summer working day. Network with other newcomers, locals, share picnic food and ideas.

We’ll meet at Maloměřický most, a stop of tram no. 4, at 5 pm. You can for example take the tram which leaves from Hlavní nádraží at 16:37 or 16:47 or take bus no. 75 from Stará Osada.  Bring whatever you need to sit on and to eat; there are also possibilities of buying some refreshments near the picnic site.  You can also pack your swimsuit if you want. 😉

The route is suitable for prams, tricycles etc. and there are playgrounds along the way.
