In our annual January personal development series, we’re going to look at the challenges people face after moving abroad and how to face them in a way that will not crush you but rather enhance your life.
Are you a foreigner currently adapting to your new life and navigating the challenges of living abroad?
It’s our pleasure to invite you to the interactive event, “Thriving Abroad: Navigating Challenges and Building a Fulfilling Expat Life”, designed to empower you to not only make your journey more manageable, but to help you connect with the community and make this experience truly transformative.
What to Expect:
Explore Expat Realities: Uncover the unique situations, feelings, and obstacles expats face when relocating to a new country. From cultural shock to language barriers, we’ll gaze into the emotional rollercoaster of the expat experience.
Coping Strategies: Discover effective coping strategies to overcome challenges and build resilience. Learn how to create a meaningful network, adapt culturally, and embrace the journey with confidence.
Community and Networking: Connect with like-minded individuals who share similar experiences. Engage in the group discussions, share insights, and build a supportive community to enhance your expat journey.
We extend a warm invitation to you and look forward to sharing this transformative experience with fellow expats.
Career & Life Coach Thais Silva will be presenting the topic and creating space for an engaging discussion. She’s been living abroad for 13 years, with 10 years of experience working in Human Resources in Brazil, The Netherlands and Czech Republic. She will share her personal challenges and learning, and comment on the importance of community when rebuilding your professional & personal life in a foreign country.
