In Brno as a family member: immigration law

We’ve invited an immigration lawyer to explain the rights and obligations of

  • spouses of EU citizens,
  • unmarried partners of EU citizens,
  • or spouses of non-EU nationals.

We talked about:

  • when and on what conditions you can legally work in the CR,
  • how to change your family-based residence permit to a different one,
  •  and what to do in case of a divorce or break-up with your partner.

Our consultant Lenka recorded a short talk with Tomáš Petyovský from www.ppce.cz explaining the basics.

If the video doesn’t answer your questions, feel free to contact our consultants for help (free of charge).
